fill it out, take the form to your Employer's Payroll Department
and request Electronic Direct Deposit to your checking,
savings or money market account with us.
- If You Receive Social Security: Please call toll-free
at (800) 772-1213. You will need to have your Social Security
number, your account number and our Transit Routing
Number 072000805.
- If You Receive a Pension Check: Please contact your pension
administrator to inquire about direct deposit of your pension.
